Emily has spent her career building database management products, with a focus on performance optimization. In particular, she enjoys bringing new technologies to market. Her tenure working on database products began at Imceda Software, later acquired by Quest. In her most recent role as Product Architect at Idera, she oversaw a number of projects including SQL Safe Backup, an industry leader in the SQL Server enterprise backup space. She graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a dual degree in Computer Science and Spanish and is an NCAA All-American in track and field.
